JLT Performance’s newest product to keep oil out of your intake is the Oil Separator. During the process of venting crankcase pressure back through your intake track, large amounts of oil, in the form of vapors, can coat your blower rotors, intercooler fins and even dilute your gas, lowering its octane level. This happens on all engines and is even worse when supercharged as crankcase pressures are increased.
To combat this, we have developed an oil separator of our own design. Milled from solid billet aluminum this is a rock solid piece. It has a knurled tank base for easy removal to drain the spent oil and an O ring seal to prevent any leaks. We took this unit a step further and added a Ford Motorcraft metal mesh PCV Pre Filter element. This element collects the last bit of oil droplets and drains back into the tank when the engine is shut down. We use this exact filter in our hugely successful JLT Pre Filters for the 4.6 DOHC engines. The tank holds 2 oz of fluid, while that may not sound like a lot, you shouldn’t see that much oil in your PCV system. Drain it every oil change and you will never come close to filling it.
This new JLT Oil Separator is designed to work on any engine, but we have made it easy for many of the popular Mustangs we offer parts for. No more drilling holes and routing hoses all over your engine bay. Offered as a plug and play set up for all 2007-2011 Shelby GT500’s passenger and drivers side and 2005-2010 Mustang GT’s drivers side with factory PCV hard lines already attached. Simply unplug your stock line and attach the new set up, no bracket needed as it supports itself. When you’re ready to empty the tank, just undo the clips on the factory lines and remove the entire line, unscrew the tank, empty and reinstall. This will take less then 1 minute to complete, too easy!!
We also have simple kits with all the parts needed for 99-04 Cobras and will be workig on kits for the 96-04 GT, MACH I and many more and because this can benefit any engine we also offer Base kits (see below).

Note: 409 stainless exhaust material is titanium stabilized ferritic stainless steel.
409 stainless is used in applications where appearance is a secondary consideration to mechanical properties and corrosion resistance and where some weldability is required. An example of 409 stainless usage is catalytic converter assemblies. 409 stainless has excellent forming characteristics and is rust through resistant. A surface rust will form in most instances. This rust retards further corrosion.

JLT Performance is proud to release their brand new Carbon Fiber Radiator Support Extensions for the GT500. These parts cover the area above the headlights and make for a clean look when used with JLT’s carbon fiber radiator support cover or the stock piece.
The extensions are made from real carbon fiber and fully Autoclaved for a perfect part. All new attaching hardware is included.

When dealing with Roots or Twin Screw Superchargers there's always the issue of intake temps. When running the car hard and spinning the blower fast you create heat. Heat equals a loss in power as well as the possibility of damage to the engine. One way to help reduce these intake temps and the risk of damage is to add more fluid into the intercooler system which in turn helps lower intake temps by dissapating heat.
Whether it be on the street or at the track the warmer the car runs the more timing gets pulled. In addition to that an excessive amount of heat known as heat soak starts to take place. This keeps the car down on power and running less efficient. This again can be helped by adding more fluid into the cooling system. The temperature of the intercooler fluid will lower and cool down faster in between runs.
