PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Returns and Exchange Policy:
BVM Performance/Mafia Car Clubs, Inc. offers a hassle free return/exchange program. If you do not want your product for any reason, simply contact us and request a return within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns may be subject to a restock fee, based on what our suppliers charge. Any return requests made after 10 days of receipt are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee. All shipping costs for returned items are at the customer’s expense. All approved RAs must be returned to BVM Performance/Mafia Car Clubs, Inc. within 30 days of RA issue date. Parts must be in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging. Please be sure to package the product well and clearly write the RA# on the box.
Shipping Damage
Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all items have been inspected. In the unlikely event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Be sure to accept the package “as is” and notify BVM Performance/Mafia Car Clubs, Inc. within 24 hours. We will assist you filing a damage claim and may ship you replacement parts if needed. Retain all boxes and other packaging material, as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial of damage claim. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
Warranty/Liability on aftermarket products
All aftermarket products sold by BVM Performance are sold “as is” to the customer. BVM Performance does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by BVM Performance are aftermarket products and are intended for interior enhancement or show use only. BVM Performance/Mafia Car Clubs, Inc. is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products and will not be responsible for your own actions.
All apparel, shoes and accessories: Merchandise must be returned unworn, with tickets attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Mafia Car Clubs Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mafia Car Clubs Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mafia Car Clubs Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mafia Car Clubs Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Mafia Car Clubs Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
