Innovators West now offers a complete replacement balancer for the 2007-2009 5.4L Shelby GT500.
Ford redesigned the factory balancer for 2008, making it much lighter than the 2007 unit. This balancer is even lighter than the new 2008 part.
-The supercharger drive section of the pulley is enlarged in diameter by 10%, for a 3-4psi increase in boost.
-Improves performance by reducing rotating weight and raising supercharger boost.
-Great for Ford Racing TVS blowers and those looking to get the most out of their stock blower.
-Available as 10% OD
-10% OD balancer requires slightly filing of casting for clearance.

This is why we now offer the option to buy the balancer and belt together making it easier to complete the installation of this part. In addition to the belt we include a longer than stock M12 bolt for installing the balancer, and the three M10 bolts that are needed if you ever remove this balancer.

Weighing in at just 10lbs, this revised crankshaft pulley will remove over 12lbs of rotating mass over the factory 22lb 2007 GT500 crankshaft pulley.
Designed by Ford engineers, it has the proper harmonic characteristics for the engine as well providing all the benefits of reduced rotating mass such as slightly improved throttle response and less stress on the front end of the crankshaft.
Highly recommended for all GT500 owners, especially if you plan on increasing boost on the factory supercharger or upgrading to a larger supercharger.

Lethal Performance 07-09 GT500 2.60" Supercharger Pulley
Lethal Performance is proud to offer our own supercharger pulley for the 07-09 GT500. Our supercharger pulley kit includes a 2.60" pulley ring which is anodized for a long lasting protective finish. We also include a mounting hub made from high grade steel and zinc plated for extra protection. Lastly we include the necessary bolts and washers to properly install the ring to the hub.
Our 2.60" pulley will add 4-5lbs of boost to your GT500 and when accompanied with an intake and tune you can expect gains of up to 145rwhp.
When running our 2.60" upper pulley with the stock belt you'll also need to run a Metco MSI-90 or MSI-90D in order to take up the slack in the belt from the smaller diameter pulley.
NOTE: Running this pulley will require custom tuning.

2007-2009 Shelby GT500
The Metco Motorsports auxiliary idler kit for the Shelby GT500 is cleverly engineered to be a simple bolt on and to be the ultimate solution to belt slippage.
The kit consists of a heavy-duty, precision-machined aluminum plate that offers three locations for the included 90mm idler pulley. The plate bolts to existing bolt bosses on the vehicle and locates the pulley just to the left of the supercharger pulley, maximizing belt wrap and eliminating slippage. No modifications to the vehicle are necessary. The required fasteners are included, as well as illustrated installation instructions.
When this kit is installed with our popular LP-GT500260 supercharger pulley, the original belt can be re-used.
