These are AWESOME! We got these for our 2008 GT500 and love them. They really clean up the engine compartment. Who wants to look at the ugly battery, brake booster and a/c lines? These attach to the front of the cowl, each using two of the ”factory” plastic clips that fasten the cowl to the firewall. Made of the same injection molded textured plastic as the factory underhood components for a perfect match. Also, fits with both battery groups 96R and 40R.
JLT has taken these a step further with the option to have them paint matched to your exact body color. Also, if you have a 2007-09 GT500 we can modify them to fit around the throttle body. Additionally, we can modify them to fit if you have Redline Tuning Hood Lifters.
WILL NOT FIT 2007-09 GT500 WITHOUT MODIFICATION, BUT WE CAN DO IT FOR YOU! Does NOT fit 2010 GT500.

Bring cool outside air to your JLT CAI filter system on your GT500 with this new Fresh Air Kit. Behind the lower grille on all GT500’s, Ford put provisions for the future install of a brake cooling kit. Simply drill out the grille from the back side and clamp on some duct work. Cooling the brakes for road coarse racing is great, but most GT500 owners will never need it, so why not get the cool look of the KR500 or a road racer, but add cool air to your filter instead?
Early testing showed a drop in IAT's by 1-2 degrees. We also have foam plugs that you can stick in the bezels in case you get caught in the rain. Simply stick them in and they will stay put until you want to pull them out again.
Our kit is complete with all duct work, clamps, brackets and optional are a pair of billet aluminum grille bezels and foam plugs. Bezels are available in anodized clear (silver) black and polished.
Kit can be ordered without the bezels if you already have them. Please note if you have our grille bezels and we will include the foam plugs at no extra charge.
*NOTE* This kit can be used with any CAI kit, but some cutting may be needed if the filter heat shield covers the bottom hole in fender apron.

JLT Performance’s newest product to keep oil out of your intake is the Oil Separator. During the process of venting crankcase pressure back through your intake track, large amounts of oil, in the form of vapors, can coat your blower rotors, intercooler fins and even dilute your gas, lowering its octane level. This happens on all engines and is even worse when supercharged as crankcase pressures are increased.
To combat this, we have developed an oil separator of our own design. Milled from solid billet aluminum this is a rock solid piece. It has a knurled tank base for easy removal to drain the spent oil and an O ring seal to prevent any leaks. We took this unit a step further and added a Ford Motorcraft metal mesh PCV Pre Filter element. This element collects the last bit of oil droplets and drains back into the tank when the engine is shut down. We use this exact filter in our hugely successful JLT Pre Filters for the 4.6 DOHC engines. The tank holds 2 oz of fluid, while that may not sound like a lot, you shouldn’t see that much oil in your PCV system. Drain it every oil change and you will never come close to filling it.
This new JLT Oil Separator is designed to work on any engine, but we have made it easy for many of the popular Mustangs we offer parts for. No more drilling holes and routing hoses all over your engine bay. Offered as a plug and play set up for all 2007-2011 Shelby GT500’s passenger and drivers side and 2005-2010 Mustang GT’s drivers side with factory PCV hard lines already attached. Simply unplug your stock line and attach the new set up, no bracket needed as it supports itself. When you’re ready to empty the tank, just undo the clips on the factory lines and remove the entire line, unscrew the tank, empty and reinstall. This will take less then 1 minute to complete, too easy!!
We also have simple kits with all the parts needed for 99-04 Cobras and will be workig on kits for the 96-04 GT, MACH I and many more and because this can benefit any engine we also offer Base kits (see below).

JLT's newest product brings in cool air just like our intake systems, but this kit is for your brakes. Anyone who has done any Autocross, SCCA, road coarse or even heavy on road braking knows how important it is to keep your brake rotors cool. This kit bring cool air from your grille area to the center of your rotor for even cooling.
The 2007-2009 GT500 has provisions in the bumper cover already for a brake cooling kit, you just need to drill out the hole in the lower grille, very simple!
This kit from JLT is our own design and includes custom aluminum backing plates, 2.5" brake cooling hose as well as all clamps and needed hardware.
You can add our optional JLT Grille Bezels at a discounted price when ordering the brake cooling to give a nice clean look on the grille

We are proud to release our Carbon Fiber Replacement Intake Tube for the 2010 GT500.
The 2010 GT500 comes from Ford with a cold air intake all ready installed, but Ford included the worst looking intake tube ever. You can simply replace the stock tube with our JLT carbon fiber intake tube and use the stock airbox. No tuning is needed.
This kit includes our ever popular Carbon Fiber intake tube, 2 silicon couplers, and clamps.
