Metco's one-piece driveshaft safety loop is custom-designed to fit the floor pan of the 1979-2004 Mustang and Mustang Cobra.  The ring is made from seamless DOM steel in an oversize dimension to accommodate lowered vehicles and aftermarket driveshafts.  The flanges are laser-cut from heavy-duty steel and the assembly is precision-welded in a fixture.  The finished loop is powdercoated black and packaged with installation instructions and Grade 8 hardware.

This driveshaft loop is designed to mount to the floor pan within six inches of the front universal joint, and it requires that the user add four holes to the pan for the mounting bolts.

The Metco Motorsports upper control arm is comprised of a precision-machined aluminum block housing a threaded steel pinion, a heavy-duty zinc-plated adjuster, and a precision-welded and powdercoated clevis.  The combination of these premium components results in a control arm that can be installed as a direct replacement for the factory control arms, but offers the benefits of in-car adjustability, the firm response of polyurethane bushings, and an independently-verified 400% increase in strength.

The Metco control arms require no disassembly for adjustment, and the user can even dial in the pinion angle with the vehicle's weight on the suspension.  Prior to shipment, the arms are assembled on a jig and carefully set to match the length of the stock control arms for the intended application.  No adjustment is required by the installer.

Energy Suspension-brand polyurethane bushings are included for all pivot points to provide a ride quality befitting a high performance vehicle without the harshness of rod ends or heim joints.  The design of the Metco control arm also provides additional clearance for oversize exhaust pipes routed over the axle.

The control arm set includes polyurethane bushings to replace the bushings in the differential ears, the necessary hardware, and comprehensive installation instructions.

Our control arms are designed to be installed as a direct replacement for the factory control arms, but offer the benefits of the dramatically stronger billet design and Energy Suspension-brand polyurethane bushings.  Each bushing has a grease fitting for long term, noise-free service.  The arms are machined to accept the factory rear sway bar (or aftermarket equivalent) and require no modifications to the  vehicle for installation.

Look closely at the axle and spring suspension set up on your leaf spring car and you'll see that it is designed similar to a back yard swing. With the leaf springs anchored at the front and back only, the axle housing is allowed to swing side to side.

Imagine what happens to the suspension geometry when you go hard into a corner or get into a threshold braking situation approaching one G with a 2800 to 3600 lb. car. The shocks, springs and tires are giving you an oversteer/understeer condition as you go through the corner. Even the best spring and shock upgrades will not be working at their maximum

The F2S Watts Link lowers your Mustang's roll center and helps keep your car's handling response symmetrical in both left and right cornering. Because the F2S Watts Link keeps the axle centered under the car, the rear of the car now "follows" the front suspension rather than fighting it.

The watts link will keep the axle centered under the car, lower your roll center and allow you to take better advantage of further suspension upgrades. Often tuners will find that a watts link will allow you to upgrade with springs and shocks that control without overloading the suspension. Don't make shocks and springs do work they werenÕt designed for.

We chose to mount the F2S Watts Link "propeller" to the chassis so the car's roll center and center of gravity do not change in relation to each other. This relationship is known as "roll couple" and has a great effect on your Mustang's handling under cornering, braking and acceleration.

JLT Performance’s newest product to keep oil out of your intake is the Oil Separator. During the process of venting crankcase pressure back through your intake track, large amounts of oil, in the form of vapors, can coat your blower rotors, intercooler fins and even dilute your gas, lowering its octane level. This happens on all engines and is even worse when supercharged as crankcase pressures are increased.

To combat this, we have developed an oil separator of our own design. Milled from solid billet aluminum this is a rock solid piece. It has a knurled tank base for easy removal to drain the spent oil and an O ring seal to prevent any leaks. We took this unit a step further and added a Ford Motorcraft metal mesh PCV Pre Filter element. This element collects the last bit of oil droplets and drains back into the tank when the engine is shut down. We use this exact filter in our hugely successful JLT Pre Filters for the 4.6 DOHC engines. The tank holds 2 oz of fluid, while that may not sound like a lot, you shouldn’t see that much oil in your PCV system. Drain it every oil change and you will never come close to filling it.

This new JLT Oil Separator is designed to work on any engine, but we have made it easy for many of the popular Mustangs we offer parts for. No more drilling holes and routing hoses all over your engine bay. Offered as a plug and play set up for all 2007-2011 Shelby GT500’s passenger and drivers side and 2005-2010 Mustang GT’s drivers side with factory PCV hard lines already attached. Simply unplug your stock line and attach the new set up, no bracket needed as it supports itself. When you’re ready to empty the tank, just undo the clips on the factory lines and remove the entire line, unscrew the tank, empty and reinstall. This will take less then 1 minute to complete, too easy!!

We also have simple kits with all the parts needed for 99-04 Cobras and will be workig on kits for the 96-04 GT, MACH I and many more and because this can benefit any engine we also offer Base kits (see below).
